Graduate of BS Nursing, AB / BS Psychology or any related field.
Certificate of Completion in Basic Occupational Health and Safety is an advantage.
At least 1 year experience in a corporate setting.
With 2 years experience in personnel recruitment and clinic operations or relevant roles.
Familiarity with company policies and field guidelines is expected.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills preferred (e.g. familiarity with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at interpersonal interactions.
Ready to go all-out 85% of the time, especially during a shift's peak hours, involving oneself in managing, planning, directing, monitoring, and organizing the activities of the entire department.
Accurate, efficient, organized, and capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
Can quickly read and comprehend information, explanations of services, computer data and department financial records.
Ability to act in response to an emergent or demanding situation in a composed or professional manner.
Capable of maintaining harmonious working relationships while addressing complex and sensitive administrative issues.
